These terms and conditions govern your use of the Energy Mastery membership operated by Glyn Thomas, Queensland, Australia. By purchasing a membership you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before joining.

Energy Mastery is a weekly online healing and personal development membership. Your membership gives you access to live weekly sessions, session recordings, and a growing library of content hosted on the Kajabi platform at glynthomas.co

Monthly membership
Billed monthly at the current listed price. Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Annual membership
Billed annually at the current listed price. Your membership renews automatically each year until cancelled.

Prices are listed in USD. Glyn Thomas reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing members will be notified of any price changes before their next renewal.

Payments are processed securely by Kajabi Payments. By providing your payment details you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.

You may cancel your membership at any time with no notice period required. To cancel log in to your account and follow the cancellation process or contact us at [email protected]

Upon cancellation your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.

After the 7-day period no refunds are available. Because Energy Mastery provides immediate access to a full library of digital content — including session recordings, meditations, and resources — we are unable to offer refunds once that content has been accessed. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law provisions relating to digital content.

This refund policy does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law in relation to products or services that are faulty or not as described.

Session recordings are made available indefinitely and are organised by month within the membership library. You have access to all recordings and content for the duration of your active membership. Upon cancellation your access will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.

Content within Energy Mastery is provided for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the membership.

Energy Mastery content is appropriate for all ages. However membership accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian if the primary user is under 18 years of age. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over, or that you are a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor.

All content within Energy Mastery — including session recordings, teachings, meditations, written materials, and the Energy Mastery brand — is the intellectual property of Glyn Thomas. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law Glyn Thomas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Energy Mastery membership or any content within it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to members by email. Continued use of the membership after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
